Problem Possible cause and solution
There is water next to
the cap in the fabric
softener compartment.
The CapDosingsensor control was not activated or an
empty cap was not removed at the end of the last
wash program.
 Activate the CapDosingsensor control when a cap
is next used.
 Remove and then dispose of the empty cap at the
end of each wash cycle.
The small pipe in the detergent drawer onto which the
cap is placed is blocked.
 Clean the small pipe.
The drum remains
stationary but the
program keeps running.
 Switch the washing machine off and then back on
with the button.
 Note the message in the display.
 Touch the Start/Stopsensor control.
The drum continues to spin and the program
continues.
