UNBLOCKING THE SIM CARD
The SIM card is blocked from use when three
unsuccessful attempts to enter the PIN Code
have been carried out.
To unblock the SIM card again you must
choose a new PIN Code by following the
procedure described below. Use the Unblock
Code supplied by the SIM card provider.
To unblock the SIM Card:
When display shows: ‘Blocked’
display shows: ‘Enter Unblock Code’
Unblock Code
display shows: ‘Enter New PIN’
New PIN Code (4 - 8 digits)
display shows: ‘Repeat New PIN’
New PIN Code again
If the display then shows:
‘OK’: you have unblocked the SIM card and
entered a new PIN Code.
‘Matching Error Blocked’: the two new PIN
codes did not match and you must start all
over.
‘Wrong Code Blocked’: your unblock code
was wrong and you must start all over.
