H Resizing Pictures: Small Picture
Create a small copy of the current picture. Small copies are stored as JPEG
files with a compression ratio of 1:16. The following sizes are available.
1 Select the desired picture from full-
frame (c 26), thumbnail (c 45), or
thumbnail wheel (c 46) playback mode
and press m.
The playback menu is displayed.
2 Use the rotary multi selector to choose
[Small pic.] and press d.
3 Choose the desired copy size and press
d.
A confirmation dialog will be displayed.
To cancel, press m.
4 Choose [Yes] and press d.
A new, smaller copy is created.
Option Description
I 640×480 Suited to television playback.
J 320×240 Suited to display on web pages.
K 160×120 Suitable for e-mail attachments.
