Smart Grid
S
mart Grid allows savings to be made by adjusting the heat pump’s power consumption according to
price fluctuations in electricity over the course of the day. Smart Grid receives an external signal from
the power supply company, which determines the operating setting at which the unit should run.
Smart Grid Compact P
The Smart Grid function adjusts the heat pump in Compact P, which is used to produce domestic hot
water. This is done by using electric power to heat up the domestic hot water via the heat pump in
Compact P when the price of electricity is low, and by reducing the heating when the price is high.
Smart Grid has two operating settings:
