While the machine is inactive, waiting to be started, it must be located in a dry place, protected
from the elements.
The elements that could be deteriorated by the weather must be isolated with protective nylon (as
in environment where the quantity of saltiness is high).
4.4 INSTALLATION
The machine can be installed by the Builder or directly by the Customer following these
instructions.
Remove the package and place the machine on a solid and levelled surface that can support its
mass and the mass of the products that will be wound.
To ensure the correct functioning of the machine, the bearing surface must be flat and levelled.
By
means of a correct installation the line is more rigid and vibrations and noises are reduced.
Lift the column as shown in the picture, paying attention
not to step on the electric cables.
Use suitable lifting
equipment.
During this installation phase the lower casing of the
column must be disassemble to allow the screwing up in
the back of column.
Then assemble the casing paying attention to close the
dangerous parts of the column.
