8.Click “Continue Installation” on the prompt window popping out.
9.The system will finish driver installation automatically.
• If USB
cable is used to
connect the computer and
Wi-Fi model, the window to
prompt wireless network setup will
pop
out
during
driver
installation
process,
as
shown in the diagram above. Click “Yes” to set up the wireless network of printer
with wireless network setup tool (refer to Chapter 5.1.1).
• If USB
cable is not used to
connect computer with Wi-Fi model
or non Wi-Fi model,
the prompt window of
wireless
network
setup
will
not
pop
out.
10.Click “Restart” and wait for computer restart to finish installation.
Note:
•
If the printer and computer have been connected with USB cable,
the
USB connection
mode
will be added to the printer automatically
after computer is restarted.
3.3.Add printer to Mac system
3.3.1.Add in USB connection mode
1.Connect the printer to computer with USB cable and then turn power on.
2.Enter the “System Preferences” – “Printers & Scanners” of computer.
3.Click button to select “Add Printer or Scanner”.
4.Select printer and then select the corresponding printer mode from the “Use”
menu popping out.
5.Click “Add”.
3.3.2.Addition in wired network connection mode
1.Turn the power of printer and computer on.
2.Connect the computer to wired network.
3.
Connect the network cable to the network interface of printer, and make
sure the printer is connected to the computer network (Please refer to Chapter
4 for network setup).
4.Enter the “System Preferences” – “Printers & Scanners” of computer.
5.Click button to select “Add Printer or Scanner”.
6.Select printer and then select the corresponding printer mode from the “Use”
menu popping out.
7.Click “Add”.
