FRONT HEADRESTS
To adjust the height
Pull the headrest forwards A sliding
it at the same time B.
To remove the headrest
Raise the headrest until it is at the
highest possible setting. Lift up tab
1 and then pull the headrest
upwards until it is released.
To refit the headrest
Insert the rods into the sleeves and
lower the headrest to the desired
height.
To adjust the tilt angle:
On certain vehicles it is possible to
adjust the tilt angle of the headrest.
To do this, move front section C of
the headrest forwards or backwards
until it feels comfortable.
The headrest is important
for safety. Ensure that it is
in place and in the correct
position. The distance
between your head and the
headrest should be as small as
possible. The top of the head
should be in line with the top of the
headrest.
