 Loosen the pinch bolt on the right
fork guide.
 Remove the axle nut along
with washer.
FRONT WHEEL REASSEMBLY (BULLET 350)
 Position the front wheel in the two fork legs such
that the brake assembly is to the left side of the
motorcycle and speedo drive is to the right side of
the motorcycle.
FRONT WHEEL REMOVAL (BULLET 350-ES)
 Disconnect speedo cable.
FRONT WHEEL REMOVAL (BULLET 350)
 Place motorcycle on center stand, on a firm flat
surface. Place a wooden block below the front end
of the engine to support the motorcycle so that the
front wheel is off the ground.
 Disconnect speedo cable and front brake cable
on the right and left sides of the wheel respectively.
 Loosen the 4 lug cap nuts and
remove along with washers.
Gently tap the lug caps and
remove from the fork ends.
 Tilt the motorcycle to right side
and take out the wheel.
MINOR MAINTENANCE TIPS
 Ensure the locator on the left fork leg, slides into
the brake cover plate slot speedo hub properly.
Place the fork lug caps in position such that the
machined faces are inside and tighten with washer
and nuts evenly.
 Reconnect speedo cable and front brake cable.
Ensure wheel rotates freely and adjust front brake
cable.
 Check speedometer working by rotating wheel.
