Calendar
Today
View the schedule, tasks, and countdowns for
today, and create new items.
1. From the Main screen, press the
MENU/OK Key ➔ TOOLS + SETTINGS ➔
Tools ➔ Calendar ➔ Today .
2. Use the
Navigation Key to move right
or left to view Scheduler, Tasks, and
Countdowns. While viewing, use these
options:
• Press ADD to create a new item.
• Press OPTIONS for these options:
– Jump to date : Enter a date to view items for
that day.
– Delete : Delete the highlighted item.
– Delete All : Erase all items.
Scheduler
Add new schedule items, and view items by
date, week, or month.

Tools ➔ Calendar ➔ Scheduler .
2. Use the
Navigation Key to highlight a
date. Icons at the bottom of the display
show active items on the date. While
viewing, use these options:
• Press VIEW to see items for the date.
• Press OPTIONS for these options:
– Add New Create a new schedule.
– View Type : Display the Calendar in Monthly or
Weekly format.
– Jump to date : Enter a date to view items for
that day.
– Delete All : Erase all items.
