Memo Pad
Create and store text notes.
Creating Memos
1. From the Main screen, press the
MENU/OK Key ➔ TOOLS + SETTINGS ➔
Tools ➔ Memo Pad .
2. Press
ADD NEW .
3. Enter the memo text using the keypad and
press
DONE .
Memo Options
1. From the Main screen, press the
MENU/OK Key ➔ TOOLS + SETTINGS ➔
Tools
➔ Memo Pad .
2. Use the
Navigation Key to highlight a
memo.
3. While viewing, use these options:
• Press ADD NEW to create a new memo.
• Press OPTIONS for these options:
– Delete : Delete the highlighted task.
– Delete All : Erase all tasks.
– Send Msg : Send the memo as an attachment.
– Search : Enter keywords to find memos.
– Lock/Unlock : Locking protects a memo from
deletion or changes.
Voice Memo
Record a voice note.
Recording Voice Memos
1. From the Main screen, press the
MENU/OK Key ➔ TOOLS + SETTINGS ➔
Tools ➔ Voice Memo ➔ Record .
2. Speak your memo. Press
PAUSE to
temporarily stop recording, or press
FINISH
to stop recording.
Reviewing Voice Memos
1. From the Main screen, press the
MENU/OK Key ➔ TOOLS + SETTINGS ➔
Tools ➔ Voice Memo ➔ Review .
2. Use the
Navigation Key to highlight a
voice memo.
3. While viewing, use these options:
• Press REVIEW to listen to the voice memo.
• Press OPTIONS for these options:
– Delete : Erase the highlighted voice memo.
– Delete All : Erase all voice memos.
– Edit Title : Change the name of the highlighted
memo.
– Info : View details for the highlighted voice
memo.
– Send Message : Create a new message with
the voice memo attached.
