There is a risk of scalding in the beverage, hot water and steam dispensing areas.
Never reach underneath the dispensing units during dispensing or cleaning operations.
Risk of scalding when powder-based beverages are being dispensed or when the hose is discon-
nected from the mixer.
Before you disconnect the hose from the mixer, pull out the grounds drawer.
The misuse of cleaning products may damage the machine.
You must never under any circumstances insert Milkpure tablets into the manual inlet.

Powder system cleaning
The Powder system needs to be cleanedat
least once a week.
Ź Push cover up and remove.
Ź Remove beverage hose on outlet mix-
ing cup.
Ź Pull out the grounds drawer.
; Beverage output is blocked.
Ź Turn lever under outlet mixing bowl an-
ticlockwise.
Ź Pull outlet mixing bowl forward.
Ź Remove beverage hose from machine.
Ź Disassemble mixing bowl into two
parts (see figure).
Ź Clean parts and beverage hose under
warm running water.
Do not mount the parts before they are dry.
Ź Remount the mixing bowl in reverse.
Ź Remount the hoses (don't forget
spring).
Ź Place a collection bowl under the mixer
again.
Ź Reattach the cover.
Ź The grounds drawer can now be
pushed in again.
Ź Start automatic cleaning programme.
Ź Follow the description on the display.
