If an error message is displayed, have the problem looked at by a store maintenance person or a technician.
Unless the problem is addressed by someone with specialized knowledge or skills, there could be electrical
shock, short circuits or re. If there are no store maintenance people or technicians, or moving mechanisms are
involved, cut off the power immediately and contact the of ce shown in this manual or the dealer from whom the
product was originally purchased.
If problems other than those covered in this manual arise, or if no improvements can be noted after measures
given in this manual have been taken, do not take measures indiscriminately. Cut off the power immediately and

inate countermeasures could lead to unforeseeable accidents. They could also result in permanent damages.
When working with the product, be sure to turn the power off. Working with the power on may cause an electric
shock or short circuit.
Be careful not to damage the wires. Damaged wires may cause an electric shock, short circuit or present a risk of
re.
After the cause of circuit protector activation has been removed, have the circuit protector re-engaged. If the
unit is used continuously as is, there could be heat generation or re, depending on the cause of the activation.
If a problem has occurred, rst inspect the connection of the wiring connector.
PROBLEMS CAUSE COUNTERMEASURES
When the main SW is turned
ON, the machine is not activated.
The power is not ON.
Firmly insert the plug into the outlet.

FL box uorescent lamp does
not glow.
Faulty connection of connectors
Join connectors securely between cabinet
and FL unit.
Fluorescent lamp and glow lamp

Sound is not emitted.
Sound volume adjustment is not
correct.
Adjust the switch unit's sound adjustment
volume.
Faulty connections for various
connectors.
Check the connections for the game board,
amp, speakers and volume connectors.
Malfunctioning board, ampli er
and speaker.
Conduct sound test to con rm.
Sound comes from the speak-
ers and the uorescent lights are
working normally, but the moni-
tor remains blank and no images
appear.
Faulty connection in the video
connectors or monitor power
connector.
Check that the connectors are inserted cor-
rectly in the monitor and game board.
Monitor is broken.
Contact the dealer where the unit was pur-
chased.
