The recorded video has no
sound.
You are using the water-resistant back cover (orange
seal). Use the open back cover (yellow seal).
However, first make sure if the open back cover
(yellow seal) is suitable for the activity you want to
perform.
The sound of the video
recording is too low.
You are using an external microphone. Orientate the
external microphone properly.
The video recording has
distorted picture and/or sound.
You are using a memory card that is too slow. Only
use Speed Class 4 or faster memory cards.
Not all modes are available.
Probably the camcorder is in WiFi mode or loop
recording mode. Select a different operating mode.

When not using the product
When not using the camcorder for a long time, it is recommended to recharge the battery
from time to time. This ensures a longer battery endurance. After cleaning them, store the
camcorder and its accessories at a clean, dry and cool place. Use the lens cover to protect
the camcorder lens.
