Attention!
Since dangerous objects which are covered by an inserted threat object will only become visible
after having deleted the latter, the setting 0 may only be selected for demonstration purposes! It is
generally recommended to choose a setting below 5 seconds in order to guarantee the evaluation of
the complete X-ray image without projections by the operator! 1645
How to enter the location
Use the navigator to go to menu item Location menu
and activate this menu item. The menu opposite is dis-
played.
In the first field Location you enter the name of the air-
port or building where the HI-SCAN X-ray unit is in-
stalled, in the second field Subsite you indicate the X-ray
unit installation site inside the building. You can enter a
maximum of 8 characters per field.

It is indispensable to fill in the fields Location and Subsite correctly to guarantee a useful applica-
