FINDER/LCD Setting
The sensors in the Electronic Viewfinder (sold separately for the NEX-5R) can detect
whether it is being used and the camera switches the display.
1 MENU t [Setup] t [FINDER/LCD Setting] t desired setting.
Auto When you look into the Electronic Viewfinder, the display is
switched to the Electronic Viewfinder automatically.
You can switch the display manually using the button on the
Electronic Viewfinder (NEX-5R only).
Viewfinder
(NEX-6 only)
The LCD screen is turned off and the image is always displayed
in the Electronic Viewfinder.
LCD Monitor
(NEX-6 only)
The Electronic Viewfinder is turned off and the image is always
displayed on the LCD screen.
Manual
(NEX-5R only)
In this mode, switch the display manually between the Electronic
Viewfinder (sold separately) and the LCD screen using the
button on the Electronic Viewfinder.
