Chapter 4 Installation
and Wiring
Carefully read this manual and the Information and Control Network Module TC-net 100
Installation and Wiring Manual (6F8C0942) before installing and wiring.
Warning
• For safety, check that power has been switched off before installation and wiring.
• For safety, do not touch the product inside.
Caution
• Check the environment where you install the product that it satisfies the conditions for its
use. If you are to install the product outside the specified working temperature range, forced
cooling with a cooling unit is necessary. The static charged in the human body can cause
the product to fail. Discharge the static from the human body before installation and wiring.
• Careless touch of the cables may strain them to possibly cause operation errors and acci-
dents. Exercise caution not to touch them carelessly.
• Use a Phillips screwdriver, which fits the screws. This is important to prevent damage to the
screws. If power cannot be turned on or if other error occurs, stop operation and contact
your nearest Toshiba service shop.
• If you have any question, call your nearest Toshiba service shop.
