10. Corded Overlock
Corded overlock can be used to strengthen
stitches when joining elastic materials such as
knitted fabrics.
There are two ways of corded overlock.
Thread cord through hole on front of foot:
(1) Place the slightly wide cord (about 3mm)
under the right needle, and sew on.
(2) To sew a narrow cord, position it on the edge
of the overlocked stitch.
