Folding Gear Lever (option)
Releasing Gear Lever
To fold the gear lever, follow this proce-
dure:
Before releasing the gear lever, apply
the parking brakes and shut down the
engine. Failure to do so can result in un-
expected vehicle movement and can
cause serious personal injury or death.

Make sure the parking brakes are set
•
To release the gear lever, pull the lever
in toward the seat and press on the
knob downward in a straight line.

Twist the lever counterclockwise while
holding pressure on the knob. When
releasing the pressure, the
springloaded lever will be pushed up
out of the locked position.
