With some incoming calls, if the telephone number is not
available, the handset may display one of the following
explanations:
Unknown This caller’s number is unavailable.
Private The caller is blocking the telephone number.
When the list is full, and a new call is received, the oldest
entry will be deleted automatically.
IMPORTANT
subscribe to the service from your service provider. For
more information on Network Services call your service
provider. To ensure the caller’s name is displayed,
make sure you have stored the full telephone number,
including the area code, in the phonebook.
MIssED CALL INDICATOR
When there are calls that have not been reviewed in
the call list, the screens display XX Missed calls. When
you have reviewed all the missed calls, the missed call
indicator goes away.
Each time you review a call list entry marked NEW on the
cordless handset, the number of missed calls decreases
by one.
If you do not want to review the missed calls one by one,
press and hold
on the handset when not in use to
clear the missed call indicator. All the entries are then
considered old and kept in the call list.
