The answering system can record and store messages.
The actual recording time depends on individual
message characteristics. Messages remain available
for replay until you delete them.
ANNOUNCEMENT
The telephone is preset with a greeting that answers
calls with, “Hello. Please leave a message after the
tone.” You can use this preset announcement, or replace
it with your own.
RECORD YOUR OwN ANNOUNCEMENT
You can record an announcement up to 90 seconds, but
any announcement shorter than two seconds will not be
recorded.
To record an announcement with a handset:

when idle.

or to scroll to Answering sys, then press
.
Press again to select Announcement.

Note: Your answering machine will answer calls after
13 rings, even when it is turned off. This allows the
remote access feature to work.
