If you disable Unlock with fingerprint, you need to verify your fingerprint if you turn
on this feature again.
Add Mi Account
You can use your Mi Account to reset the App lock password.
Dual apps
Dual apps allows you to clone an existing app on your device and use it
independently with a different account.
You can create dual apps in Manage apps > Dual apps.
NOTE:
You can see a list of compatible apps installed on your device in Dual apps.
You can see the installed apps which are compatible with this feature, and the
recommended ones. You can create a dual app with the switch next to an app
name.
You can use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for the apps installed
on your device.
Each dual app has its own Home screen shortcuts. A dual app icon in the corner of
the shortcut that can help you tell one app from each other.
Whenever the system requires an action from an app that has a dual app, you will
be asked which app will be used.
Create dual apps
1. Go to
Security > Dual apps.
2. Tap Create.
3. Choose an app.
4. Tap to enable the dual app.
5. Tap Turn on in the pop up window.
NOTE:
If you want to disable or uninstall the dual app, tap
and all app data can be
removed.
Dual app settings
You can also go to
Security > Dual apps > Dual app settings to delete the
accounts of dual app and enable launch animation.
