Enable VPN
1. Go to Settings > Network & internet > VPN.
2. Choose a VPN to connect.
3. Enter your user name and password.
4. Tap Connect.
Note
If you connect a VPN successfully, you can see that the VPN icon shows at the upper-
right corner of the phone.
Private DNS
Domain Name System (DNS) protocol is an important infrastructure of the web.
It serves as the phone book of the Internet.
Select Private DNS Mode
1. Go to
Settings > Network & internet > Private DNS.
2. Choose a Private DNS Mode.
3. Tap SAVE.
Bluetooth
You can connect your phone with earphones, speakers, and other devices with
Bluetooth functionality. You can also use Bluetooth to share data between your
phone and other devices.
Pair a phone with Bluetooth
The following steps take the connection between a Redmi phone and another
Redmi phone as an example.
1.
Go to Settings > Connected devices.
2. Tap Pair new device to search for available devices on phone A.
3. Tap the name of phone B in phone A.
4. Tap PAIR in the pop up windows of the two devices.
Note
The two devices need to enable Bluetooth and stay in an eective distance.
