The Data blocks contain the history of demand. Data block 1 to 7 have the
same structure. Each block can contain up to 8 channels. Consequently, in a
meter with 50 demand channels, there are 8 channels in each of block 1 to
block 6 and 2 channels in block 7.
The registers of unused channels are filled with 0xFFFF.
