and IED nodes. When an attribute tag is
referred to in the internal item definitions
below, it is possible to use either the whole
tag path or just the path relative to the IED
(the internal tags are configured per IED);
e.g. Attributes\Diagnostic counters\Trans-
mitted data messages. When the whole
path is used, it must be preceded by a
slash (/) character, e.g. /Channel
