Figure 113: Logic for trip circuit supervision function
3.5.3.4 Functional diagrams for control and interlocking
The circuit breaker closing is enabled when the ENA_CLOSE input is activated. The
input can be activated using the configuration logic, which is based on the status of the
trip logics. However, other signals can be connected based on the application needs.
The SYNC_ITL_BYP input can be used, for example, to always enable the closing of
the circuit breaker when the circuit breaker truck is in the test position.
SYNC_ITL_BYP overrides, for example, active interlocking conditions when the
circuit breaker truck is closed in service position.
Any additional signals required by the application can be connected
for opening and closing of circuit breaker.
