Measure the DC voltage across the + and - terminals
at the power supply. Is the voltage approximately
12VDC?
No
Replace the power supply.
Yes
Measure the DC voltage across the + and - terminals
connector P6 at the control board. Is the voltage
approximately 12VDC?
No
Repair or replace the wiring from
the supply to P6 of the control
board.
Yes
Are LEDs 1 and 2 on the user interface board and
LEDs D21 and D22 on the control board flashing?
No
Measure the resistance between
connector J7 of the user interface
board and the control board
connector. Repair or replace the
wires as required.
Yes
Measure the DC voltage across pins 1 and 2 of the J7
connector on the interface board (IB). Does the
voltage measure 27 VDC?
No
a. Check for the correct installation
of the P15 jumper on the CB.
b. Check for the correct installation
of the P16 jumper on the CB.
c. Check for the correct installation
of the P11 connector on the CB.
d. Measure the DC voltage across
pins 1 and 2 of the P11 connector on
the CB.
e. If 27 VDC is present repair or
replace the harness as required and
retest.
f. If 27 VDC is not present, replace
the CB and retest.
Yes
Measure the DC voltage across pins 1 and 2 of
connector P1 on the ON/OFF switch circuit board. Is
the voltage approximately 12VDC?
No
Repair or replace the wiring from
the power supply to P1 of the ON/
OFF board.
Yes
Press the ON/OFF button. Does the green LED
illuminate?
No
Replace the ON/OFF board.
Yes
Replace the user interface board.
