The Screen will not power down or
the oven will not enter cool down mode
Before you begin ▪ Read and record the oven temperature for each chamber.
▪ Press and hold the ON/OFF button.
▪ If the oven chamber temperatures are below 140ºF / 60ºC the oven control will
power down.
▪ If the oven chamber temperatures are above 140ºF / 60ºC the oven will go into
cool down mode.
▪ In cool down mode, the chamber blower fans will shutdown at 159ºF / 70ºC or
lower. The cooling fans will shutdown at 139ºF / 59ºC or lower.
WARNING: Electric shock and arc flash hazard.
Use caution when measuring line voltage.
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Did the red LED
illuminate when the ON/
OFF button was pressed?
No
Inspect the ON/OFF wire
harness. Repair or
replace as required and
retest.

With the red LED
illuminated, measure the
DC voltage across pin 4
of the P1 connector on
the ON/OFF switch circuit
board and DC ground.
Does the voltage
measure 12 VDC?
No
Replace the ON/OFF
switch circuit board.
Yes
Does the touch screen
respond to touching the
icons?
No
Move the main
disconnect switch on the
back of the oven to the
OFF position. Move the
main disconnect switch
on the back of the oven to
the ON position.
Does the touchscreen
respond to touching the
icons?
No
