Figure: Electric cabinet
Adjust the quantity of grease pumped out using a relay (F) in the electrical cabinet.
Basic setting: position B, time interval 1-10 seconds, pulse time 3 seconds. Increase
the pulse time to increase the quantity of grease.
The entire system can be turned off by stopping the supply of air with the cock (C).
We recommend using Atlas Copco Secoroc thread grease A for lubrication of drill
steel threads.
Hole Quality System HQS 9
General
HQS 9 is a system for measuring drill hole bearing. The system comprises:
• Control box with fitted rotating sight. The left-hand display on the control box
shows the drill angle in the sight line and the right-hand display shows the drill
angle across the sight line.
