Align the boom straight forward. Then turn the sight so that it is parallel to the boom
and drill rig. Reset the instrument by pressing the magnet to the // mark until both dis-
plays are blank.
Instrument is now ready for use.

• Set up drill rig for drilling with the feeder approximately aligned.
• Adjust the sight so that it points in the drilling direction. Aim at an object as far
away as possible that is easy to remember. The displays now show all drilling
angles in relation to the line of sight.
• Adjust the feeder so that it is positioned in the right drilling angles.
•Bore.
