e Attention:
Avoid damage to brake lines,
discs and pads when installing.
Keep dirt and moisture away
from the wheel bearings.
Important for BMW Integral
ABS
OE
: do not damage the ABS
sensor cable, ABS sensor ring
or sensor.
OE
Optional extra
Roll the front wheel in
between the fork legs
Clean and insert spacing
bushing 7 and bearing cap 6
Looking forwards:
left: spacing bushing 7
right: bearing cap 6
Clean the quick-release
axle 5, grease it and insert it
from the right, turning it
slightly at the same time
Screw up axle bolt 3
hand-tight
Screw up axle clamp bolts 4
handtight at left and right
Compress the front fork firmly
several times
