Sopa Fría de Frutas
del Bosque
(un contenedor)

300 g frambuesas
300 g arándanos
300 g grosellas rojas o blancas
100 g azúcar
1 manzana

l zumo de limón

100 g yogurt
Nivel de agua en la base: máximo

Pelar la manzana y cortarla en trocitos

Lavar las frutas y ponerlas en un bol
de arroz con los trocitos de manzana.
Mezclar con el azúcar. Añadir el zumo de
limón y el agua. Poner el Bol de arroz en el
contenedor al vapor y cocer durante 25
minutos.

Poner la mezcla de frutas con el líqui-
do y triturar con la Braun Minipimer. Añadir
después el zumo de naranja y mezclar.

Enfriar en el refrigerador por lo menos
1 hora. Antes de servir, extender el yogurt
con una cuchara sobre la sopa de frutas.
Si quiere, guarde la pulpa de la fruta hervi-
da y añádala a la sopa de frutas antes de
poner el yogurt.
Cold
Berry Soup
(for one steam basket)
Serves 4
300 g raspberries
300 g blueberries
300 g red or black currants
100 g sugar
1 apple

l lemon juice

l orange juice
100 g sour cream
Water level in base pan: max.
1.
Peel apple and cut into small cubes.
2.
Wash berries and place in rice bowl
with apple cubes. Mix in sugar. Add lemon
juice and water. Place rice bowl in steam
basket and steam for 25 mins.

Transfer fruit mixture with the liquid
to a bowl and puree with a Braun hand-
blender (or pass through a sieve). Then
add orange juice and mix.

Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Before serving, spoon the sour cream with
a teaspoon over the top of the berry soup.
If you wish, save a part of the steamed
whole berries and fold them into the berry
soup before topping with sour cream.
