Coliflor Gratinada con
Patatas al Perejil
(un contenedor)
2 Personas
400 g coliflor
80 g queso Emmenthal
400 g patatas pequeñas
1 manojo de perejil
Nivel de agua en la base: máximo
1.
Picar el perejil y rallar el queso (puede
hacerlo en segundos con el Accesorio
Picador de Braun Minipimer) Separar las
cabezuelas de coliflor y lavarlas. Lavar,
pelar y cortar en mitades las patatas.

Insertar el divisor en el recipiente de
vapor. Colocar las patatas en una sección
del recipiente y esparcir el perejil por enci-
ma. Poner la coliflor en la otra parte y
cocer ambas al vapor durante 30 minutos.

En un plato resistente al calor, distri-
buir la coliflor en el centro y las patatas
alrededor. Espolvorear el queso rallado
sobre la coliflor.
4.
Poner el plato en el horno a 200ºC
durante unos minutos hasta que el queso
se haya fundido. Servir caliente.
Es ideal con jamón cocido.
Cauliflower Gratin with
Parsley Potatoes
(for one steam basket)
Serves 2
400 g cauliflower
80 g Emmenthal cheese
400 g small potatoes
1 bunch parsley
Water level in base pan: max.
1.
Chop parsley and grate cheese – done
in seconds using the chopper attachment
or the universal blade/grating disc of a
Braun food processing appliance. Divide
cauliflower into florets and wash. Wash,
peel and halve potatoes.
2.
Insert a divider into the steam basket.
Place potatoes in one section of the steam
basket and sprinkle with parsley. Put cauli -
flower in the other section and steam both
for 30 mins.
3.
In an ovenproof dish, arrange cauli -
flower in centre with the potatoes in a sur -
rounding ring. Sprinkle grated cheese over
cauliflower.
4.
Put dish in oven at 200°C for a few
minutes until cheese has melted. Serve
hot.
Tastes delicious with cooked ham.
