Escalopas de Pavo con

4 escalopas de pavo pequeñas

Nivel de agua en la base: máximo

Picar perejil, cebollinos y corteza de
limón (si tiene máquina de cocina Braun,
use el Accesorio Picador). Añadir zumo de

limón, removerlo bien y dejarlo reposar.

Lavar las escalopas de pavo
y secarlas. Poner en el contendor y cocer
al vapor durante 25 minutos.
3.
Colocar las escalopas de pavo en una
fuente, esparcir la mezcla de hierbas por
encima y decorar con rodajas de limón.
Servir acompañado de patatas al perejil, si
se desea.
Turkey Scallopini with
Fine Herbs
(for one steam basket)
Serves 4
4 small turkey scallops, 100 g each

bunch parsley

bunch chives
4 leaves of lemon balm
1 lemon
salt, pepper
Water level in base pan: max.
1.
Finely chop parsley, chives and lemon
balm. (Use the chopper attachment, if you
own a Braun food processing appliance.)
Add juice of half a lemon, stir well and let
set.
2.
Wash turkey scallops and pat dry.
Place in steam basket and steam for 25
mins.
3.
Arrange scallops on a serving dish,
spread herb mixture over scallops and gar-
nish with lemon slices.
Serving suggestion: Serve with parsley
potatoes, if you like.
