Arroz Italiano con Huevos,
Salami Ahumado y
Cebollas Tiernas

4 huevos
250 g arroz de grano largo
350 ml agua para el arroz
100 g salami italiano
50 g bacón
3 cebollas tiernas
1 diente de ajo

sal, pimentón, mejorana
Nivel de agua en la base: máximo
1.
Poner el arroz con agua en el Bol y
colocarlo dentro del contenedor para cocer
durante 25 minutos.

Entretanto, cortar el salami y el bacón
a trocitos. Lavar las cebollas y cortarlas en
aros. Picar el diente de ajo (con la Braun
Minipimer, batir los huevos con leche y
especias hasta que queden espumosos).

Una vez precocido el arroz, añadir la
mezcla de huevos, salami, bacón, cebollas
tiernas y ajo y escalfarlo otros 20 minutos.

Ponerlo en un plato precalentado y
servirlo caliente.
Italian Egg Rice with
Smoked Sausage and
Spring Onions
(for one steam basket)
Serves 4
4 eggs
250 g long-grain rice
350 ml water for the rice
100 g Italian salami
50 g bacon
3 spring onions
1 garlic clove

l milk
salt, paprika, marjoram
Water level in base pan: max.
1.
Put rice in rice bowl with the water.
Place rice bowl in steam basket and steam
for 25 mins.
2.
Meanwhile cut salami and bacon into
cubes. Wash spring onions and cut in
rings. Finely chop garlic clove. With a por-
table mixer such as the Braun Multimix,
beat eggs with milk and spices until frothy.
3.
After steaming time is over, add egg
mixture, sausage, bacon, spring onions
and garlic to the rice in the rice bowl and
poach for another 20 mins.
4.
Arrange on a warmed dish and serve
hot.
