Connect the power cord to the

QL-710W/720NW and then plug the

power cord into an electrical outlet.

• Check that the electrical outlet is 120V

AC before plugging the power cord.

• Unplug the power cord from the

electrical outlet after you have finished

using the QL-710W/720NW.

• Do not pull the power cord when

unplugging it from the electrical outlet.

The wire in the power cord may

become damaged.

• Do not connect the QL-710W/720NW

to the computer until directed to do so

when installing the printer driver.

  If your Brother QL printer isn't printing or you're getting a printing error, first, check if the cable is securely connected. Then, make sure the DK Roll is correctly installed; remove and reinstall it if needed. Verify there's enough roll remaining and that the DK Roll compartment cover is closed. If problems persist, try turning the printer off and on again. If you're using a USB hub, connect the printer directly to your PC or try a different USB port.

  To reset the printer and delete data transferred from your PC/Mac on the Brother Label Maker, turn off the machine. Then, press and hold the Cut button while holding down the ON/OFF button. When the Wi-Fi lamp starts flashing and the Status lamp lights orange, press the Cut button six times while continuing to hold down the ON/OFF button.
