Applications
For low, medium and high intensive applications, there is always an S200 truck ver-
sion that is optimised for the application no matter whether this involves loading/
unloading of lorries, crossing ramps, travel on uneven oors, horizontal transport
and/or stacking applications. Thanks to the high level of exibility, the S200 truck
range is an obvious choice for a number of typical customer segments. The trucks
are used in small warehouses and various industrial applications, e.g. in shops and
supermarkets. Common to most customers segments are medium transport distan-
ces of 5-50 m, lift heights of 2-4.8 m and load handling of 400-800 kg. Maximum
lifting capacity is 800 – 1400 kg. For longer transport distances and enhanced
operator comfort, all trucks except the S208L can be supplied with an optional ope-
rator platform. The trucks are designed for normal indoor use, i.e. with relatively
even oors and temperatures that do not fall below 0°C. With optional cold store
oil, the truck can be used in -35 degrees C.
Because of the varied customer segments, these trucks also must meet a number of
different customer needs. With this in mind, the S200 trucks were developed for
high performance and ease of use to also support staff whose work duties are not
only limited to truck operation. Various customer segments and associated typical
requirements are presented in the following.
