Mast
A number of different mast choices are available for the S200 trucks:
- Mono mast (only S208L)
- Simplex
- Duplex Tele
- Duplex Tele Openview
- Duplex Free lift
- Triplex Free lift
Masts are replaceable and t different truck versions, however, please note that
usually the drive wheel suspension needs to be replaced if a different mast is instal-
led. If this is neglected, drive wheel pressure could be incorrect, endangering truck
safety because the standard braking requirements cannot be guaranteed. For more
information on the required drive wheel pressure, please refer to the Technical
information chapter. Also the machine and rating plates must be replaced.
When selecting a mast, it is important to ensure the truck meets the requirements
on both permitted lift height and max. permitted mast height. The maximum per-
mitted mast height is affected e.g. by the height of existing doors and gates at the
site. To determine available masts for a given truck, the dimensions below are
important:

A decisive difference between the different masts is the possibility of free-lifting.
