Feature
For precise positioning of the forks in pallets, e.g.
in racking or other conned areas, the lifting/lowe-
ring speed can easily be reduced.
Benet
This enables ne adjustment and simplies posi-
tioning, reducing the risk of damage to racking and
handled goods.
Lifting and lowering
The motor controller regulates lifting movement on all S200 models with the
exception of S210 and S208L that use a contactor to control lifting. The contac-
tor serves as a circuit breaker with only two positions, on and off. On trucks with
a motor controller to regulate lifting, the motor revs can be controlled, which is
why it is possible to outt them with stepless control of lifting/lowering. However,
because all trucks are not supplied with Stepless control of lifting/lowering, the
Creep speed feature can be used instead to control lifting and lowering movement
and this way control the speed even when stepless control of lifting/lowering is not
available. On the S208L and S210, Creep speed only operates with the lowering
movement. On all models, the lowering speed is controlled by a proportional valve
monitored by the motor controller.
Pump motor
The pump motor design uses a 2.2 kW rated, series-wound DC motor on all truck
versions, except S208L that uses a 1.4 kW compound motor.
Feature
The series-wound motor has a characteristics
that gives high motor revs even with low load.
Benet
Ensures high lifting speed also without load.
Feature
IP Class 54 on pump motor.
Benet
A high IP Class protects against dust and water.
