Setting Display Airflow direction
Automatic air outlet
selection
The unit decides automatically the best air
outlet depending on the operation mode or
room conditions.
Top air outlet only The airflow is set to top air outlet, regardless
of the operation mode or room conditions.

INFORMATION
▪ During drying operation the airflow comes from the top air outlet only. See
"6.3Operation mode and temperature setpoint"[422] for setting.
▪ During Floor warming operation, the airflow comes from the bottom air outlet
only. See "6.7Floor warming operation"[427] for setting. Floor warming can be
set only with the automatic air outlet selection setting.
▪ If you change the setting from the automatic air outlet selection to the top air
outlet only in the heating operation, heating is temporarily stopped to protect the
unit.
▪ Cooling/heating ability is lower when the top air outlet only is set.
▪ While the air outlet selection is changing, a sound of the moving damper can be
heard.
6.6.1 To set automatic air outlet selection or top air outlet only
Prerequisite: The default setting is automatic air outlet selection.
1 On the home screen, press for at least 2seconds.
Result: The selection menu appears. The menu number is blinking.
2 Press or to select menu number .
