Method of Error Detection
Detect an error based on the current value in the inverter
PCB (as for motor 2, current value in the fan PCB).
Detect an error for the fan motor circuit based on the
number of rotation detected by hole IC during the fan
motor operation.
Error Decision Conditions
Overcurrent is detected for inverter PCB or fan
inverter PCB
In the condition of fan motor rotation, the number of
rotation is below the fixed number for more than 6
seconds.
Supposed Causes
Defective fan motor
Defect or connection error of the connectors/ harness
between the fan motor and PCB
The fan can not rotate due to any foreign substances
entangled.
Clear condition: Continue normal operation for 5
minutes
