Method of Error Detection
Error is detected by current flowing in the power
transistor.
Error Decision Conditions
When overload in the compressor is detected
For 460V units
(1) 19.0A and over continues for 5 seconds.
(2) 16.1A and over continues for 260 seconds.
For 230V units
(1) A current of 33.5A or more continues for a period of
consecutive 5 sec.
(2) A current of 27.6A or more continues for a period of
consecutive 260 sec.
Supposed Causes
Compressor overload
Compressor coil disconnected
Defective inverter PCB
Disconnection of compressor
