Removing the light bar
Prerequisites
1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the base cover.
3. Remove the battery.

Steps
1. Open the latch and disconnect the light-bar cable from the system board.
2. Lift the light bar, along with its cable, off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
