How to start and stop the machine
How to start the engine
Consult the engine’s operation and maintenance manual.
Before starting the engine:
Apply the parking brake
Move the final drive lever to the neutral position
Move the lever used to select the independent or synchronized rear PTO to
the neutral position.
Move the lever used to select the PTO speed to the neutral position
Move the hand throttle lever halfway along its travel
Depress the clutch pedal
Ignition switch:
Insert the key and turn it as described
below:
Glow plug preheating. Keep the key
in this position for 8-10 seconds.
STOP
No circuit powered

Instruments and warning lights on
(operating position).

Engine starts.
After the engine has started:
• Release the key. It will automatically return to the operating position.
• Release the clutch pedal.
• Check the warning lights and instruments.
