GENERAL INFORMATION
1.2 Applied symbols
During normal heat pump system design work or unit installaon, greater aenon must be paid in
certain situaons requiring parcular care in order to avoid damage the unit, the installaon or the
building or property.
Situaons endangering the safety of those in the surrounding area or to the unit itself are clearly
indicated in this manual.
Special symbols are used to clearly idenfy these situaons.
Pay close aenon to these symbols and to the messages following them, as your safety and that
of others depends on it.

• The text following this symbol contains informaon and instrucons relang directly to your
safety in addion to hazards or unsafe pracces which could result in severe personal injuries
or death.
• Not taking these instrucons into account could lead to serious, very serious or even fatal
