6. Remove the recoil starter rope from the rope guide
(P. 11-12
), and then remove the 6 mm locking nut,
frame washer, and rope guide from the handlebar.
7. Unlock both handle locking knobs and fold the
handlebar over the mower into the storage position.
8. Remove both handle locking knobs (P. 11 -1 0
).
9. Have an assistant hold and support the handlebar and
then remove the two special bolts and the handlebar
from the handle stays.
10. Install the handlebar in the reverse order of its removal.
• Readjust the Smart Drive (P. 3-10
), Roto-Stop
(P. 11- 22
), and throttle cables (P. 11 - 26 ).
• Install new cable ties and position them properly
(P. 2-21
).
