4. Loosely install the four 6 mm flange bolts to the
underside of the mower deck closest to the front
wheels.
5. Loosely install the two 6 mm shoulder bolts and be
sure the shoulder portion of the bolts fit through the
metal mower deck.
6. Confirm that the front cover sits flush on the metal
mower deck.
Once all six bolts have been installed, fully tighten them to
the specified torque, and then check for proper front axle
operation.
TORQUE:
Shoulder bolt: 10.8 N•m (8 ft-lb)
Flange bolt: 11 N•m (8.1 ft-lb)
