zipper
Baste the opening
together by pressing
the
push-button for “Basting”.
Leave
about
1”
open at the top.
Press the seam open and baste by
tnachine
or
by
hand the zipper
under the
seam.
Position
the
zipper foot E to the
left
f
the needle.
Start at the bottom and sew
the right
edge
of
the
zip
per as
illustrated.
Open
the
zipper
before the
seam is
inished,
raise the zipper foot
and pull the
tab
behind the foot. Lower the foot
and
inish
the seam.
Re-position the zipper foot to the
right of
needle.
Start
with
perpendicular stitching at the
wer
edge, turn the garment
and sew the
jaher
edge
of
the
zipper
as
illustrated.
Remove the basting.
