1.0 Important Spa Owner Informaon
Your Jacuzzi® Swim Spa is constructed to the highest standards and is capable of providing
many years of trouble-free use. However, because heat retenve materials are ulized to in-
sulate the swim spa for efficient operaon, an uncovered swim spa surface and wall fings
directly exposed to sunlight and high temperatures for an extended period are subject to per-
manent damage or discoloraon. Damage caused by exposing the swim spa to this abuse is
not covered under warranty. We recommend that you always keep the swim spa full of water
when it is exposed to direct sunlight and that you keep the Jacuzzi® insulang cover in place
at all mes when the swim spa is not in use. Read and carefully follow the requirements for
your swim spa’s support base found in Secon 4.0 tled, “Choosing a Locaon”.
Jacuzzi® swim spas constantly strives to offer the finest swim spas available, therefore,
modificaons and enhancements may be made which affect the specificaons, illustraons
and/or instrucons contained herein.
2.0 WARNINGS
Jacuzzi Europe S.p.A. declines all liability for damages arising from failure to observe the
following direcons.
For periodic filling, if you decide to connect the swim spa hydraulic circuit to the public
water system that supplies drinking water, this connecon must be carried out in com
pliance with the EN1717 norm, using “AA”, “AB” or “AD” an-polluon protecon proce
dures. For further informaon, we recommend you contact your water supply company
and/or your plumber.
Do not connect the swim spa to the hydraulic system using hoses used to water the gar
den.
CAUTION: Before preparing the drainage system for connecng the swim spa, consult
the local authories about regulaons for the disposal of chemically-treated water.
In areas where winter temperatures frequently drop below 0
o
C, during the period when the
swim spa is not in use, it is recommended to completely empty the system (swim spa, com-
pensaon tanks, pipes, filter.
In areas where temperatures drop below 0
o
C only occasionally, the swim spa can be kept in
operaon as it includes a “freeze protecon” feature that guarantees the maintenance of a
minimum water temperature.
