Presetting
Stations
You
can
store
up
to
40
of
your
favorite
radio
stations
(FM
and
AM
(MW/LW))
in
memory,
giving
you
quick,
easy
access
to
the
stations.
Notes
In'some
cases,.test
frequencies
have
been
already
memorized
for
the
tuner
since
the
factory
examined
the

function
before
shipment.
This
is
not
a
malfunction.
You
can
preset
the
stations
you

into
memory
by
following
the
ptesetting
method.
Select
a
frequency
band
by
pressing
the
FM/AM
button.

CAUTION:
If
the
Unit
is
unplugged
or
if
a
power
failure
occurs,
the
preset
stations
will
be
erased
after
a
few
days.

happens,
preset
the
station
again.

advantages

the
RDS
service

that

locate
a

programme
by

the
PTY
codes;:

search
for
a
programme
using
the
PTY
codes,
follow
this
procedure:
Using
the
Unit
Press
the
PTY
SEARCH
button.
“PTY”

alternately
on
the
display.
Note:
If
no
adjustments
are
made
for

cod
in
PTY
Search
mode,
the
display
reverts
to
the
previous
display.
Perform
the
next
step
while
“PTY”
and
“SELECT”
are
being
displayed.
