To dismantle the module, proceed as follows:
1) Disconnect the power supply.
2) Disconnect all cable connections on the module.
3) Remove the end bracket.
4) Release all of the mounting rail locks one after the other (1).
5) Tilt the lower part of the module to release it from the mounting rail (2).
6) Remove the module from the mounting rail (3).
The module is dismantled.
5.7 Adding modules
Input/output modules and expansion modules can be added to the CP 50x/x.
The CP 50x/x provides the supply output for the appended modules. On the
left side of the module, up to 4 expansion modules can be added. The con-
nection between CP 50x/x and the added expansion modules is made via a
plug connection.
Input/output modules are supported on the right side of the module. They
can be arranged side-by-side in any order. The connection is made via a Ke-
Bus interface.
